The day before this year’s big game, patrons of the NFL in town for the Super Bowl had the opportunity to sit for their Dear World portrait. Dear World originally began in New Orleans as Dear New Orleans. It was an honor to photograph everyone, including Houston Texan quarterback Matt Schaub and his wife Laurie.

Thanks again to the NFL and their partners who were amazing to work with to prepare the city for the big game.

Robert’s speech and portraits are simply “inspiring.” Allowing us to experience Dear World was life changing for our leadership team and greatly supported our efforts to transform our organization. If you are looking for a way to provide your team with an engaging experience, Dear World is it.”

Dear World, Robert X. Fogarty’s portrait project, began in New Orleans as photographic love notes to the city. He now uses his distinct message-on-skin-style to tell stories of subjects regardless of religion, race or language.

Thousands have shared their hopes, fears and dreams, including survivors of major disasters as well as recognizable people like Susan Sarandon, Drew Brees and Deepak Chopra.

His work has been featured by the Washington Post, PBS and CNN.
